Everything Primal Print & Design Studio produces is made to order: printed, cut or sewn to your artwork, garments, colors and sizes. Please read this policy before you order.
Custom work
Because every order is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size or color chosen on your order, or details that were approved on your proof.
Proofs and changes
Please check your proof carefully for spelling, colors, sizes and print placement before you approve it. Production starts once your project is approved. Small changes can be requested within 48 hours of sending your quote request. Changes after that, or after approval, may carry a fee.
DTF gang sheets
Gang sheets are printed from the files you upload and the layout you build. We can't refund sheets for low resolution, backgrounds or layout choices in the uploaded files, so please follow the file guidance on the gang sheet page.
Garments you supply
Garments you bring to us must be new and unwashed. We check every fabric for compatibility before printing, and if a garment isn't suitable we'll let you know before anything is printed.
If something is wrong
Please inspect your order as soon as you pick it up or it is delivered, before anything is washed or worn. If there is a printing defect, a misprint against your approved proof or a missing item, contact us at info@primalprintdesign.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund for the affected pieces.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before your artwork is approved and production starts. Once screens, films or garments have been prepared for your order, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
